CURTIS E. KIMBALL is a native of Bangor. He graduated from the University of Maine with high honors, where he was a member of Phi Sigma Alpha and Phi Alpha Theta academic honor societies, and from the University of Maine School of Law with distinction. Curtis concentrates his practice in commercial transactions, with a specialty in bankruptcy law. He regularly represents professional clients in general corporate and business law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and has extensive experience in asset protection and debt restructuring.
