DEBRA A. REECE is a native of Iowa. She is a cum laude graduate of Creighton University, and a cum laude graduate of Creighton University School of Law. Debra practiced law for ten years in Colorado Springs, Colorado, first with the law firm of Retherford, Mullen, Johnson, and Bruce, and later as litigation counsel for State Farm Insurance. In 2000 she became in-house counsel to USAA Insurance Company in Colorado Springs, where she served until joining Rudman & Winchell in 2004. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Maine Equal Justice Partners (MEJP), and is also on the Board of Directors of The Housing Foundation (Vice-President).

Debra is an avid skier.
