KING a native of Brewer, Maine, is a graduate of Bates College, where he was a Travelli Scholar, and of Boston University School of Law, cum laude, where he served as an Editor of the Law Review. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Council on Litigation Management, the John Waldo Ballou Inn of Court, and the American Board of Trial Advocates. David served as Chair of the Board of Appeals for the City of Brewer, Maine, for several years.
