F. DAVID WALKER, IV was born in the Bethesda Maryland Naval Hospital, just outside of Washington D.C., and grew up on Navy bases around the world. He graduated from the University of Alaska in Anchorage in 2000 with leadership and academic honors. Prior to attending law school, David spent time working for the State of Alaska Department of Transportation on a project to generate GPS maps of south central Alaska. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Maine in 2003. David spent his first year after law school clerking for the Honorable Justice Paul L. Rudman of the Maine Supreme Court. In his free time, David serves as an officer in the Navy Reserves and coach to the University of Maine mock-trial team.
