MICHAEL M. McALEER is a native of Mount Vernon, New York, and a magna cum laude graduate of Adelphi University, from which he also received an M.S.W. in management and administration, cum laude. He earned his J.D. from the Faculty of Law and Jurisprudence of the State University of New York and served as an Assistant District Attorney for Westchester County, New York, where he specialized in the investigation and trial of white collar crimes. Prior to joining Rudman & Winchell, Mike was a trial attorney for Kroll & Tract, a national law firm headquartered in New York City.
