PHILLIP D. BUCKLEY a native of Bangor, Maine, graduated from Husson College and the New England School of Law, where he served as editor of the Law Review. He is a former trustee of Husson College and a former prosecutor for Penobscot County. Phil concentrates his practice in complex civil litigation, including municipal representation. He has extensive experience in representing manufacturers in products liability cases, and he regularly represents business clients in OSHA and environmental litigation matters.
