WINFRED A STEVENS a Bangor native, is a graduate of the University of Maine and the University of Florida School of Law. He served as a captain with the United States Army Judge Advocate General Corps from 1968 through 1972. Win is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. Currently, Win is the Vice Chairman of the Maine Real Estate Commission and the Vice President of the East Beddington Lake Owners Association.
