IMMIGRATION LAW
Rudman & Winchell provides immigration services to individuals, families, and employers. We represent foreign nationals and U.S. sponsors in matters before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Customs and Border Protection ports of entry, the U.S. and Maine Departments of Labor, the U.S. State Department, U.S. Consulates abroad, and state and federal courts. We also provide services to lawyers in other firms who do not have expertise in this specialized area of practice, to assist them in representing their clients with immigration matters. Immigration law is complex and continually changing, and procedures and agency policies are often unwritten. Forms appear deceptively simple. Our experienced immigration attorneys help minimize unnecessary disappointment, delay, and cost. Rudman & Winchell's size and broad expertise enables us to provide integrated legal services when an immigration matter involves employment law, family law, business planning and transactions, contracts, banking, estate planning, medical practice, education, or criminal issues.
